(NASCAR Style)
It's hard to believe we're two weeks into the offseason, but that means we're just that much closer to Daytona! This past week was the NASCAR awards banquet in Las Vegas of course, so there were plenty of festivities going on. Let's see what the drivers had to say about Vegas!

How about Eldora @NASCAR_Trucks that's awesome ill be there #SlingingDirt
-@austindillon3 (Austin Dillon, Nationwide driver) on the announcement that the Truck Series will race at Tony Stewart's Eldora dirt track next season. It'll be a historic race as NASCAR hasn't raced on dirt in any series since the 1970's!

-@JeffGordonWeb (Jeff Gordon) on receiving the Myers Brothers Lifetime Achievement Award from NASCAR for outstanding public works outside of NASCAR. This is considered one of the highest awards a NASCAR driver can win other than the championship.

-@JamesBuescher (James Buescher, Truck Series driver) The new Truck champion getting to meet great center fielder Johnny Damon, who has played with the Red Sox, Yankees, Rays, and Indians. Damon was a presenter at the awards banquet.
Tonight was a good night. @chandrajanway was smoking hot, I got a cool trophy and a big check. Now the off season has officially started.
